Acid/Alkali Cleaning

Acid cleaning is a process to remove the films of oxides and scales in the surfaces which does not require any further coating. It mainly removes inorganic substances on the surface.

Alkali cleaning dissolves grease, oils, fats, and protein based deposits.

Base substrates like copper, aluminium, nickel, steel , brass can be acid cleaned to use the substrate directly without further plating process if requires.

some times this type of cleaning is used before paiting on the substrates.

Further the acid / alkali cleaned parts are prone to get oxidised immediately, Vinpla has the facility to passivate the surfaces to prevent further oxidation.
