Electroless Nickel Plating
This process is commonly used in engineering coating applications where wear resistance, hardness and corrosion protection are required.
It also provides a hard-ductile, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant surface for operation in service temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C). Electroless nickel plating provides uniform build-up on complex shapes.
We are expertise in Electroless nickel plating on aluminum and its alloys as well as copper and brass. we do plating on stainless steel also.
Types
we have two types of Electroless nickel plating based on the phosphorous content.
- Electroless Nickel - Medium Phosphorous - ( 8% to 10% of Phosphorous).
- Electroless Nickel - High Phosphorous - (10% to 12% of Phosphorous).
Specifications:
- Thickness up to 60 microns.
- Substrates like nickel, steel, brass, aluminium and its alloys can be plated.
- Under coats of nickel / copper is available.
