The nickel plating process is used extensively for decorative and engineering purposes because the appearance and other properties such as Hardness, strength, and ductility, Wear resistance, Load bearing characteristics, Corrosion resistance, Heat scaling resistance, Fretting resistance, and Fatigue resistance.

Vinpla is specialized in Nickel plating for more than 24 years and expertised in this plating on various substrates.

our major specilization is Nickel plating on aluminum and its alloys as well as copper and brass. we do plating on stainless steel and Kovar also.

Types

we have three types of Nickel plating with respect to the finish.

1. Bright Nickel plating.(with organic brightners and additives)
2. Semi Bright Nickel plating (Sulphamate).
3. Matte/Dull Nickel plating. (for engineering purposes)

Specifications:

• Thickness up to 100 microns.
• Substrates like copper,nickel,steel,brass, aluminium and its alloys can be plated.
